Evaluation Criteria
For home health you needed to come up with criteria that will help you evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the database. See attachment below.

HomeHealth Evaluation.doc

You need to do the same with the website prototype. You should come up with up to 5 criteria evaluating the efficiency of your website and 5-8 criteria evaluating the effectiveness. a total of 10 criteria.

Efficiency
  • remember this has to do with time, effort and cost. So factors such as how long does it take to download a page are important here.
Effectiveness
This has to do with measuring the quality of the website. Questions can be based around
  • Functionality
  • Usability
  • Accessibility and most important
  • Communication of the message- Inform, Entertain, Educate or persuade. You need to measure if the audience needs are met.
  • (See testing page for definitions of these)

Feedback Form
Create a feedbackform that will help evaluate that the message of the website is clearly understood. Use the criteria prepared above. They should be written taken into acount the audience and the purpose of the website.

In order to do this you need to convert your questions to close ended questions like they use in surveys. See the following for examples:
